ICALL: Inclusive Communities for All MOOC

Welcome to the ICALL: Inclusive Communities for All MOOC. A MOOC is an online learning course, that you can do on your own, or with the help of a supporter. If you are a community educator, you can use this MOOC with a group. You can use this MOOC as inspiration for discussions in your community.
ICALL is a European project. The project is making tools to help people make their communities more inclusive, especially for persons with disabilities.
This MOOC is written in simple English. Simple English is used so that as many people as possible can understand and learn from the MOOC. Additional project resources in standard English are available here.
This MOOC will explain how we can organise and create communities that are inclusive, engaging and welcoming to everyone, including persons with disabilities. You will learn about ideas and concepts that can make a community more inclusive. You will read real-life examples of inclusive communities and how they work. You will complete assessments and watch videos to help you with your learning.
There is a final section of this MOOC called “resources”. In this section you will find extra materials and activities. You can use these resources to share the information you have learned with others in your community.
There are 4 modules in this MOOC. You can enter them by clicking on the pictures below. Each module has a menu on the left-hand side that you can use to move between sections.
The ICALL project is funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Programme, Cooperation Partnerships for European NGOs (Call: ERASMUS-EDU-2023-PCOOP-ENGO). Project Number: 101133870.
