In a moment when digital technologies move at such a fast pace, having the right digital skills is important. The Blueprint for Sectoral Cooperation on Skills in Work Integration Social Enterprises (B-WISE) project aims to tackle the digital skill gaps in the Work Integration Social Enterprises sector by targeting the skill needs of disadvantaged workers, their support workers and their managers.
To achieve this, the B-WISE consortium developed three universal training curricula targeted at three different groups:
- Enablers
- Supporters
- Workers with Support Needs
A Toolkit was also created to provide information and practical guidance for teachers and trainers.
