B-WISE Target Group Two: Supporters (Mid-level Employees, Job Coaches, Mentors)
Welcome to the B-WISE MOOC target group 2: Supporters. B-WISE is a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme,
which aims to develop a European strategy to address the skills needs,
in particular regarding digital skills, in the Work Integration Social
Enterprises (WISEs) sector. As part of this project, the B-WISE MOOC aims to equip Supporters in WISE's (those working directly with workers with support needs, such as job coaches or trainers) with the
necessary skills and competencies to grow sustainably, foster innovation
and compeitiveness in the sector, and enhance the attractiveness of the
WISEs sector as a career choice.
The
content of this MOOC is developed from the B-WISE training cirricula,
developed as an output of the project and piloted by partners in a
number of European countries. This is not an exhaustive overview of the
cirricula, rather a selection of modules, to showcase the E-Learning
opportunities that the outputs of the project could achieve.
The content is divided into 3 Modules:
- Core Module 1: WISE Identity, Strategy and Transformation
- Core Module 2: Networking & Communication
- Core Module 3: Supporting Work and Employability
