BurnOut Free ECI Digital Hub
Welcome to the BurnOut Free ECI Digital Toolkit.
BurnOut Free ECI Project is an European Project that aims to identify, mitigate and prevent burnout in parents and in professionals working in early childhood intervention with families and children with disabilities. It provides innovative mutually empowering techniques and solutions to the complex challenges faced by parents of children with disabilities, and professionals in the disability field.
This toolkit is a comprehensive, continuously updating space where parents and professionals can find both materials and expert-led webinars on:
- How to define and identify parental and professional burnout
- How to use methods, practices, assessments and techniques to prevent burnout, through topics such as stress management, group initiatives, creating resilient environments, and implementing a family-centred approach
- How to share and disseminate the project's knowledge and practices via a “train the trainer” methodology
Below, you will find three toolkits; for parents, professionals, and trainers. Inside you will find a series of written materials, a series of webinars on the core topics of the manuals, and interactive quizzes to test your learning, combined to make three comprehensive toolkits. You can find these materials and many more on the BurnOut Free ECI Digital Toolkit Library, which will be continuously updated with resources, materials and opportunity for collaboration.
The Hub is part of a wider number of resources developed as part of a project, including an E-Learning game and community space, where professionals can be connected to each other and request for new trainings. You can find these other resources on the BurnOut Free ECI website.
