In this document EASPD is addressing the problem of the lack of political will to invest and contribute in establishing effective inclusive systems as one of the great barriers to inclusive education. The conclusions are drawn from the EASPD annual conference “Inclusive teaching programmes: Let’s develop it together!” in 2015.
