That’s why the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has provided in-depth guidance on the rights and obligations through General Comments, specifically on article 12 about ‘Equal recognition before the law’ and on article 9 about ‘Accessibility’.

The Vona du Toit Model of Creative Ability is a model with a developmental frame of reference combined with existentialism, phenomenology and motivation theory.  The central belief is that motivation governs action and action is the manifestation or expression of motivation.
